Bahia Sur Kennel Club Inc.
of Chula Vista is an all-breed kennel club located in the
south bay area of
San Diego County. Established in 1974, Bahia Sur
Kennel Club services the communities of Chula Vista,
Imperial Beach, Coronado and South San Diego. Bahia Sur Kennel
Club promotes the sport of pure bred
dogs within the community by annually holding conformation
and obedience shows and matches.
Bahia Sur has sponsored obedience classes, seminars and educational
booths covering responsible
dog ownership and currently supports the canine community
through contributions to the Chula Vista
Animal Shelter.
In 1995 Bahia Sur Kennel Club
was awarded one of only four national American Kennel Club
awards for
Outstanding Community Service.
Bahia Sur has held over thirty
Championship Dog Shows. We have a beautiful show grounds and
we
welcome the general public and all participants to this annual
event. We hope you will leave with a desire
to come see us again, perhaps at our next set of shows, scheduled
for June, 2007. If you would be interested
in joining our club, we meet on the third Monday of every
month at 7:30pm in the Norman Center,
